Drywall and paint are the finishing layer of a remodel, and they can make or break it. Beautiful tile next to a rough patch or a wavy paint line still looks unfinished, so we hold this work to the same standard as our tile.
Our drywall work includes new installation, patching and repair, replacing moisture-damaged sections, and skim coating for a smooth finish. Near showers, tubs and other wet areas we use moisture-resistant board or cement backer, never standard drywall.
For painting, prep is most of the job: patching, caulking and priming before any color goes on, then protecting your floors and furniture and cleaning up completely when we are done.
Palacios Installation is a family-led crew under owner Daniel Palacios, with more than 15 years and 600+ projects behind us. We look at the existing wall at the estimate and tell you honestly how close a patch can get, or whether skim coating the whole wall gives a better result.

Yes. We cut out and replace the damaged section. If the leak has not been fixed, that needs to happen first, and we can tell you what we see.
